What we collect

Nothing you need to type in. There are no accounts, comments, forms or newsletter on this site, so we never ask for your name, email or any other personal information.

This site doesn't set cookies.

Counting visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which articles they read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you around the web and only shows us totals, like page views, the site that sent you here, your browser type and your country. It can't tell us who you are.

Hosting

This site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site safe from abuse. Here's Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you email us

If you write to contact@goodbodyjournal.com, we use your email address and message only to reply. We don't sell or share them, and we won't add you to any list.

Children

This site is written for adults and isn't directed at children under 13.

Your choices

The only personal information we might have is an email you sent us. You can ask what we have, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address above.
